Kendall Jenner posts sexy underwear snap on Instagram

Kendall Jenner

She makes up one fifth of the Kardashian sibling empire and has made a name for herself as a world-class supermodel, but not even Kendall Jenner is immune to a bit of trolling.

Kendall Jenner is something out of this world - the truth is that she is mean
When the 21-year-old posted a photograph of her curves in red underwear on Instagram, she probably didn't expect the response it received.

Along with the usual comments of worship, several social media users made a rather unflattering observation - that they had mistaken the fringe on her pants for pubic hair.

One joked: "Looks like Kendall has been straightening her pubes."

morganmfarrar simply commented: "Nice pubes bye"

To be fair, when you glance at it, it does look a bit questionable.

And it's not a place you'd usually see fringe.

In the saucy snap, Kendall leans against a car door holding a cigarette - she cheekily captioned the pic "no smoking".

Other social media users claimed she was getting too thin, saying she "needs to eat".

Kanye West deletes all tweets supporting Trump

Kanye West deletes tweets supporting Trump

Kanye West deleted all of his tweets defending his meeting with President Donald Trump sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning.

West, who met with Trump at Trump Tower in December, explained his meeting with the then-President-elect in the series of now-deleted tweets amid intense backlash from fans and friends like John Legend.
"I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues," West tweeted on December 13.

"These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago," he added.

"I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change," he continued in a third tweet.

As criticism mounted, West appeared unfazed a day later when he tweeted a picture a signed copy of TIME Magazine's "Person of the Year" issue with Trump on the cover.
"To Kanye You are a great friend Thanks," the front cover reads, followed by Trump's signature.
This tweet has also been deleted.

West's representatives did not immediately respond to a CNN request for comment.

DCLM Daily Manna Devotional written by Pastor W. F. Kumuyi
Text: MATTHEW 1:1-17

KEY VERSE: "The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham" (Matthew 1:1).

Someone once posited that those who forget the past are not likely to locate their way to the future. In some way, the past might be important. Thus, God inspired Matthew to trace the genealogy of Jesus Christ who was indeed born of a woman. Through the ancestry of Joseph, Matthew proves that Jesus is the legal heir to the throne of David. He is the one who has fulfilled all the Messianic prophecies of the Old Testament.

This record should convince potential doubters of the root of the Saviour Who followed the natural process of birth by the Almighty’s plan to redeem all human beings from sin. To become a member of God’s family though you were born into this world, you must be "born again" of the Spirit and the word. You must believe and appropriate the sacrifice of Christ into your life and become a new born babe, a new creature in Christ. Only then can you become a member of the spiritual family of God, partaker of the heavenly inheritance with privileges which were not originally meant to be enjoyed by Gentiles.

By virtue of being a member of God’s family, a peculiar people who are to show forth the praise of God, you become separate from sinners and from all occultic practices and people. For those who have not at anytime enlisted to be members of the family of Christ through faith, there is still the opportunity to do so now before it is too late. Jesus said those who hear Him are His true fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters. Be a member of the family of God therefore.
It may not matter of what ancestry one came out from; but it matters a lot to be a member of the family of God, nay citizens of His Kingdom. "Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters" (2 Corinthians 6:17,18).

Thought for the day: An ancestry traceable to Christ is the pathway to everlasting life.

MIDDLE EAST CRISIS: Thousands hanged at Saydnaya prison, Amnesty says

Undated aerial photograph of Saydnaya prison, north of Damascus, Syria

As many as 13,000 people, most of them civilian opposition supporters, have been executed in secret at a prison in Syria, Amnesty International says.

A new report by the human rights group alleges that mass hangings took place every week at Saydnaya prison between September 2011 and December 2015.

Amnesty says the alleged executions were authorised at the highest levels of the Syrian government.
The government has previously denied killing or mistreating detainees.

However, UN human rights experts said a year ago that witness accounts and documentary evidence strongly suggested that tens of thousands of people were being detained and that "deaths on a massive scale" were occurring in custody.

Amnesty interviewed 84 people, including former guards, detainees and prison officials for its report.
It alleges that every week, and often twice a week, groups of between 20 and 50 people were executed in total secrecy at the facility, just north of Damascus. Read More

OPEN HEAVEN: None Shall Be Barren

Memorise: He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD. – Psalm 113:9

Read: Exodus 23:24-26 (KJV)

24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

25 And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.

Bible in One Year: Luke 23-24, Isaiah 32:9-33:9

Contrary to what the world would have you believe, you are a creation of the Almighty God. You were put here on earth to fulfil a divine purpose, and part of that purpose is multiplication. When God created you, He gave you a mandate, and He equally endowed you to fulfil this mandate (Genesis 1:28). You need to therefore understand that no demon, power, principality or even medical practitioner can say that there is no solution to the challenges you are facing. The only person permitted to have the final say over your situation is the Almighty God, and this is what He says about you in Exodus 23:26:

“There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil."

Have you been tagged barren by this world? I want to assure you that your situation is not hopeless. The same God who remembered Rachael will surely remember you and remove every reproach in your life in Jesus’ Name (Genesis 30:22). While Rachael trusted God for the fruit of the womb, the world despised her, her sister disdained her and her husband gave up on her; but by the time the Lord decided to repay her for the many years she had been under ridicule, her testimony exceeded that of those who had written her off.

I pity those who consult diviners in their search for children. God’s stance on this is very clear:

"10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, 11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer." - Deuteronomy 18:10-11

Every child that is gotten through the help of diviners will not give you joy. Submit to what God only can give. Do not run faster than your shadow. At God’s appointed time and season, your song will change. As the Lord remembered Rachael He will surely remember you. Every reproach, sorrow, humiliation and secret cry of yours shall be brought to an end this month in Jesus’ Name. All you need to do is to worship the One who can do what doctors’ say is impossible. Every husband who has been praying silently for his wife shall rejoice this season in Jesus’ Name. Every family needs to unite together in prayer to wage war against those things that are not part of God’s promise for your destiny. Have you lost so many years while waiting in expectation? Know that there is a God of redemption, and that the lost years of your life can be redeemed. The promises of God’s restoration will come to pass in your life in Jesus’ Name.

Action Point: Father, I command that every seed of barrenness in me withers away now in Jesus’ Name.

Israel passes controversial law on West Bank settlements

A Palestinian worker builds a new house in an Israeli settlement on 16 January 2017 in the West Bank

Israel's parliament has passed a controversial law retroactively legalising about 4,000 homes built on settlements in the occupied West Bank.

The law passed by 60 votes to 52.

It states that the original Palestinian landowners will be compensated with money or alternative land.
The new US President Donald Trump has taken a softer stance on Israel's settlements than his predecessor, Barack Obama, despite widespread international opposition.

Emboldened by the new US administration, Israel has undertaken a series of pro-settlement moves in recent weeks, including the approval of thousands of homes.

Those were punctuated by Israeli security forces last week evicting hundreds of hardline Jewish settlers from Amona, an illegal outpost of on the occupied West Bank.

The move followed years of political controversy over the outpost, which is built on private Palestinian land.

The legalisation on Monday of a number of outposts has proved divisive within Israel and is likely to face legal challenges.

The attorney general, Avichai Mandelblit, called the bill unconstitutional and said he would not defend it in the supreme court.

Cabinet minister Ofir Akunis said during a debate ahead of the vote: "We are voting tonight on the connection between the Jewish people and its land. This whole land is ours. All of it."

Opposition MPs shouted from their seats at members of the governing coalition who were speaking in favour of the bill and spectators raised a black cloth in apparent protest.

Palestinians condemned the law.

"This is an escalation that would only lead to more instability and chaos," said Nabil Abu Rudeineh, a spokesman for Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.

He added: "It is unacceptable. It is denounced and the international community should act immediately,"

The UN Middle East envoy, Nickolay Mladenov, called on Israeli MPs to vote against the law, saying it would "greatly diminish the prospects for Arab-Israeli peace".

The Obama administration strongly condemned Israel's settlement programme, and some 6,000 new homes in the West Bank and east Jerusalem have been planned since the former president left office.
Mr Trump did appear last week to moderate his staunchly pro-Israeli position, saying that the construction of new settlements "may not be helpful" to the peace process.

More than 600,000 Jews live in about 140 settlements built since Israel's 1967 occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The settlements are considered illegal under international law, though Israel disputes this.

Much of the international community views Israeli settlements as illegal and an obstacle to the peace process.

Palestinians want to form a state from the West Bank, east Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, territories captured by Israel in the 1967 Mideast war.

If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with every one. - Romans 12:18, The Amplified Bible

When I was a new Christian, it was almost impossible for me to live at peace with anyone! Almost every time I opened my mouth, I said something ugly. I was constantly hurting the people I was close to. In fact, I spoke more harshly to them than to anyone else.

I criticized Gloria's driving so much that she nearly refused to drive while I was with her. I criticized my children so much that they began to avoid me. I didn't want to be so insensitive, but I couldn't help it. I had a well-developed habit of speaking harshly and didn't know how to change it.

Then I found Ephesians 5:4. It said, "[Let there be] no coarse, stupid, or flippant talk; these things are out of place; you should rather be thanking God" (New English Bible). When I read that, I realized I needed to replace the words I was used to saying with words of thanksgiving. That would solve my problem. After all, I couldn't speak harshly and thank God at the same time. I couldn't criticize those around me if I had a thankful attitude about them.

I immediately decided to put this principle to work in my life. Rushing into my son's room one day ready to lambaste him about something he had done, I recognized my old behavior pattern. I just stopped and said to myself, "The Word says this kind of behavior is out of place, so I am going to stop and thank God." I wasn't nearly as angry after I spent a few minutes praising and thanking the Lord.

If you've developed the habit of speaking harshly, start changing that habit today. When someone crosses you on the job, at school, or wherever, and you're tempted to tear into them with cruel words, stop! Then take a few moments to give thanks and praise to God. Once you begin thinking about how good God is, more often than not, those harsh, angry words will just slip away unspoken.

Instead of using your tongue to tear people down, train it to lift God's praises up. Then living at peace with others will come easily to you!

BILLY GRAHAM: Giving Back What is His

"But if someone who is supposed to be a Christian has money enough to live well, and sees a brother in need, and won't help him - how can God's love be within him?" — 1 John 3:17 (TLB)

You know that the hardest thing for you to give up is your money. It represents your time, your energy, your talents, your total personality converted into currency. We usually hold on to it tenaciously, yet it is uncertain in value and we cannot take it into the next world.

The Scripture teaches that we are stewards for a little while of all we earn. If we misuse it, as did the man who buried his talent, it brings upon us the severest judgment of God. The tithe is the Lord’s. If you use it for yourself, you are robbing God. We are to take the tithe as a standard, but to go beyond the tithe is an indication of our gratefulness for God’s gifts to us. In the midst of sorrow and trouble, this life has many blessings and enjoyments which have come from the hand of God. Even our capacity for love is a gift from God. We show our gratitude by giving back to Him a part of that which He has given to us.

Prayer for the day: Give me a generous heart, Father, that does not grudgingly give back to You all that is rightfully Yours.

US Justice Department defends 'lawful' Trump travel ban

Yemeni nationals at Washington Dulles airport

The US Department of Justice has defended President Donald Trump's travel ban and urged an appeals court to reinstate it in the interests of national security.

A 15-page brief argued it was a "lawful exercise of the president's authority" and not a ban on Muslims.

The executive order temporarily banned entry for all refugees and visitors from seven mainly Muslim countries.

A hearing has been set for Tuesday on whether to allow or reject the ban.

The filing was made to the San Francisco-based 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in response to the halting of Mr Trump's order on Friday by a federal judge in Washington state.

The judge had argued the ban was unconstitutional and harmful to the state's interests.
As a result, people from the seven countries - Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen - with valid visas were able to travel to the US again.
