Residents of Wahab Close in EJigbo in Lagos State, were stunned by the drama that played out in their area after a pastor who sneaked into a man’s house to make love with the man’s wife was caught in the act. The pastor, who had already pulled off his pair of trousers and soutane, ran out wearing only his underwear when the man, known as Vitalis Okere, barged into his home. into Okere’s apartment and was allegedly sleeping with his wife identified as Chidinma for several months.

While the alleged illicit affair was going on, Okere, who is a security guard and spends much of his time at work, did not know until their 11-year old daughter informed him about what has been going on behind his back whenever he went to work.

P.M.NEWS gathered that Okere works as a guard in a company and he leaves home in the afternoon and returns the following morning.
While he is away at work, Victor takes over.

The pastor would sneak into Okere’s home to meet Chidinma when their five children had gone to school.

P.M.NEWS gathered that whenever the children return from school late in the evening, they would stay outside while Victor and their mom, Chidinma would lock themselves inside their room pretending that they were praying.

The eldest daughter who did not like what was happening informed their dad.

On the day the nemesis caught up with the adulterous pair, Okere DRESSED up and told his wife Chidinma that he was going to work and would return the following morning.

Victor as usual came with the hope that Okere had gone to work and would not be around.

While the pastor and Chidinma locked themselves inside, and the children were outside, Okere came back in the evening and knocked at the door and asked Chidinma to open the door for him.

While it was taking them much longer time to pen the DOOR, Okere forced the door open and Victor rushed out in his pant, leaving behind his pair of jeans trousers and soutane in the room.

When Okere confronted his wife about what she was doing with the pastor behind closed doors, she said they were just praying together.

Okere then took the clothes and went to the police station and reported what happened.

The clothes were kept as exhibit at the station and Chidinma was asked to produce Victor who is now on the run.

When our reporter visited the house where the incident happened, the eldest daughter who revealed the whole thing to their dad said her mom travelled to their village in Imo State on Wednesday over the matte

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom splits after ten months together.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have reportedly split after ten months together.

A new report in In Touch Weekly Magazine claims the superstar and Hollywood actor haven't ended on brilliant terms and there is confusion over who broke up with who.

"Not long after Halloween, Orlando confessed to pals that he'd decided to end their relationship," a source said. "He claimed that he's just not ready to get married and have babies."

Orlando, 39, already has five-year-old son Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr. The pair separated in 2013.
Meanwhile, insiders close to Katy, 32, have told the American publication SHE was the one to finish things with the father-of-one.

"She said they were on different life paths and as much as she likes him, it's time to move on," they said.
The pair haven't been pictured since Halloween
The pair were seen together at a Halloween bash dressed as Hillary and Bill Clinton, before the Pirates of the Caribbean star attended her 1950s high school themed birthday party.

They also caused a Twitter meltdown earlier this year after photos emerged of Orlando, 39, naked on a paddleboard during a romantic holiday in Sardinia.

Colombian government and Farc to sign new peace deal

Juan Manuel Santos president of Colombia (L) and Timoleon Jimenez 'Timonchenko' shake hands (R) shake hands during a ceremony to sign a historic ceasefire agreement between Colombian Government and the FARC rebels to end a 50-year conflict on June 23, 2016 in Havana, Cuba
Colombia's government says it will sign a new peace accord with Farc rebels on Thursday, after a previous deal was rejected in a referendum last month.
The new revised agreement will be submitted to Congress for approval, rather than put to a popular vote.

But opposition groups say it still does not go far enough in punishing rebels for human rights abuses.
The deal is aimed at ending more than 50 years of civil war, in which more than 220,000 people have been killed.

In a televised address to the nation on Tuesday, President Juan Manuel Santos said: "We have the unique opportunity to close this painful chapter in our history that has bereaved and afflicted millions of Colombians for half a century."

The original deal was signed two months ago in an emotional ceremony before world leaders but it was rejected in a referendum on 2 October.

Government opponents led by former President Alvaro Uribe said the deal was too favourable to the rebels.

Farc and government negotiators worked round the clock to make more than 50 changes to make it more acceptable to conservative Colombians who despise the Farc.
Mr Uribe and other sceptics continued to claim the changes made were cosmetic.

Lauren Goodger wants a BABY with her new jailbird boyfriend Joey Morrison

Lauren Goodger is ready to start a family and she wants a baby with her new jailbird boyfriend.

The TOWIE star is reportedly keen to take the next step with convicted burglar Joey Morrison.

It was reported in September that the 30-year-old reality star was dating Joey, who is currently serving a 17-year prison sentence for a number of offences, including drug dealing and burglary.

Lauren spoke out in the midst of the rumours saying that she had been friends with Joey "for more years", but their relationship has developed into something more, according to insiders.

A source told Closer magazine: "Lauren has been visiting Joey in prison every other week and she's told her friends that he makes her feel really special.
"She hasn't spoken to him about whether they can start a proper relationship when he gets out, but she gets the impression he feels the same way about her.

"She's heard he's due for early release next year and she'd love to give things a proper go then. Lauren's extremely broody and she's been making jokes about how beautiful their children would be. She'd love to have a baby with him because she's never been this happy with anyone else before."

Lauren isn't the only TOWIE star to fall in love with a man who has a criminal past.

Trump keeping 'open mind' on pulling out of climate accord

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said on Tuesday he was keeping an open mind on whether to pull out of a landmark international accord to fight climate change, in a softening of his stance toward global warming.

Trump told the New York Times in an interview that he thinks there is "some connectivity" between human activity and global warming, despite previously describing climate change as a hoax.

A source on Trump's transition team told Reuters earlier this month that the New York businessman was seeking quick ways to withdraw the United States from the 2015 Paris Agreement to combat climate change.

But asked on Tuesday whether the United States would withdraw from the accord, the Republican said: “I’m looking at it very closely. I have an open mind to it."

A U.S. withdrawal from the pact, agreed to by almost 200 countries, would set back international efforts to limit rising temperatures that have been linked to the extinctions of animals and plants, heat waves, floods and rising sea levels. .

Trump, who takes office on Jan. 20, also said he was thinking about climate change and American competitiveness and "how much it will cost our companies,” he said, according to a tweet by a Times reporter in the interview.

Two people advising Trump’s transition team on energy and environment issues said they were caught off guard by his remarks.

A shift on global warming is the latest sign Trump might be backing away from some of his campaign rhetoric as life in the Oval Office approaches.

Trump has said he might have to build a fence, rather than a wall, in some areas of the U.S.-Mexican border to stop illegal immigration, tweaking one of his signature campaign promises.

Also in Tuesday's interview, he showed little appetite for pressing investigations of his Democratic rival in the presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton.

“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t. She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways," he told reporters, editors and other newspaper officials at the Times headquarters in Manhattan.

But Trump said "no" when asked if he would rule out investigating Clinton over her family's charitable foundation or her use of a private email server while she was U.S. secretary of state during President Barack Obama's first term.

If Trump does abandon his campaign vow to appoint a special prosecutor for Clinton, it will be a reversal of a position he mentioned almost daily on the campaign trail, when he dubbed his rival "Crooked Hillary," and crowds at his rallies often chanted: "Lock her up."

His comments to the Times about Clinton angered some of his strongest conservative supporters.

Breitbart News, the outlet once led by Trump's chief strategist, Steve Bannon, published a story on Tuesday under the headline, "Broken Promise: Trump 'Doesn't Wish to Pursue' Clinton email charges."

The FBI investigated Clinton's email practices, concluding in July that her actions were careless but that there were no grounds for bringing charges.

The Clinton Foundation charity has also been scrutinized for donations it received, but there has been no evidence that foreign donors obtained favors from the State Department while Clinton headed it.

Trump, a real estate developer who has never held public office, brushed off fears over conflicts of interest between his job as president and his family's businesses.

"The law's totally on my side, the president can't have a conflict of interest," he told the New York Times. My company's so unimportant to me relative to what I'm doing," Trump said.

Conflict-of-interest rules for executive branch employees do not apply to the president, but Trump will be bound by bribery laws, disclosure requirements and a section of the U.S. Constitution that prohibits elected officials from taking gifts from foreign governments, according to Republican and Democratic ethics lawyers.

"There may be specific laws that don’t apply to the president, but the president is not above the law," said Richard Painter of the University of Minnesota, a former associate counsel to Republican President George W. Bush.

"Do we really want to run our government where you have the president, the leader of the United States and the free world, saying: 'I'm going to do the bare minimum to squeak by?'" asked Norman Eisen, a former top ethics lawyer in Obama's White House.

Trump's businesswoman daughter Ivanka joined her father's telephone call with Argentine President Mauricio Macri earlier this month and attended a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, raising questions of possible conflicts of interest.

When asked whether House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan and other Republicans in Congress would consider his trillion-dollar infrastructure plan, Trump boasted he was popular with the party's leaders on Capitol Hill.

“Right now, they’re in love with me," he said.

Since his Nov. 8 election victory, Trump has been meeting with prospective candidates for top positions in his administration.

Ben Carson, a former Republican presidential hopeful who dropped out of the 2016 race and backed Trump, has been offered the post of secretary of housing and urban development, Carson spokesman Armstrong Williams said.

Carson, a retired surgeon who met with Trump on Tuesday, will think about it over the Thanksgiving holiday, Williams said.

Trump arrived in Florida on Tuesday evening to spend Thursday's holiday at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.

Governor El-Rufai names mastermind of Kaduna killings, orders his arrest

The Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, has appealed to residents of Chawai chiefdom, Kauru Local Government Area of the state to give peace a chance,  following the attack on the people of the area by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

The attack left no fewer than 38 people dead.

The governor made the appeal when he paid a condolence visit to the affected communities on Monday.

He was accompanied on the visit by the  Secretary to the State Government, Baralabe Abbas-Lawal, members of the State Security Council as well as other top government functionaries.

This is just as el-Rufai ordered the immediate arrest of one Haruna, a Fulani herdsman, who was accused of being behind the attack on the four communities in Chawai chiefdom, Kauru Local Government in Southern Kaduna.

The four communities – Kigam, Ungwan Rimi, Ungwan Magaji in Kauru Local Government Area were attacked by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

El-Rufai described the incident as barbaric and unfortunate.

The killings came barely 24 hours after the unveiling of an ‘apology billboard’ at Samaru-Kataf to signal the return of peace to the southern part of the state.

A disagreement over a disputed land triggered the violence.

The said Haruna was fingered by the villagers as one of the prime masterminds of the attack and  was said to have relocated from the area to escape arrest.

El-Rufai, while addressing the villagers at the Chawai Primary School, where Internally Displaced Persons,  numbering over 500 were camped, directed Haruna to turn up himself to Fulani chiefs(Ardo) in the area or be arrested by security operatives in the state.

“He should be arrested by security agents to come and tell us his grievances why what happened should happen; why human lives should be taken as animals,” el-Rufai said in Hausa language.

The governor, who described the attack as ungodly, insisted that the perpetrators must be brought to book, maintaining that his administration would not condone such heinous act.

$15.5m: Dame Patience Jonathan loses in Court

Patience Jonathan
A Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday rejected an application by the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Patience, seeking to bar the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from tampering with a sum of $15.591 frozen in four Skye Bank accounts.

The EFCC placed a ‘No Debit Order’ on the four bank accounts in July while probing Jonathan’s former Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs, Waripamo-Owei Dudafa, for money laundering.

But Patience, who had laid claim to the money, filed a fundamental rights enforcement action against the EFCC, Skye Bank, Dudafa and the four companies in whose names the accounts were opened.

She is urging the court to order the EFCC to remove the ‘No Debit Order’ on the accounts and to release the $15.5m to her.

At the Tuesday’s proceedings in the case before Justice Mohammed Idris, Patience’s lawyer, Mr. Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), made an oral application, urging the judge to restrain the EFCC from tampering with the money pending the final determination of the case.

But the EFCC lawyer, Mr. Rotimi Oyedepo, opposed him, arguing that the four companies who owned the four bank accounts had been convicted of money laundering by Justice Babs Kuewumi of the same court.

“We pray the court to dismiss the application with a wave of hand. There is an order of the court that has convicted the fourth to seventh defendants for warehousing the proceeds of crime,” Oyedepo said.

He argued that the case before Justice Kuewumi would be prejudiced should Justice Idris restrain the EFCC from tampering with the money.

Oyedepo also contended that Patience did not have the locus standi to make such an application, and expressed doubt as to the validity of the addresses of the fourth to seventh defendants where Patience claimed to have served the originating summons.

Dudafa’s lawyer, Mr. Gboyega Oyewole, however, said the court bailiff had already deposed to an affidavit that the fourth to seventh defendants had been served.

In a short ruling, Justice Idris said he would rather grant an accelerated hearing of the case, than make any order that would prejudice the outcome of the main case.

He adjourned till December 7, 2016 for the hearing of the main case.

Earlier in the proceedings, Justice Idris acknowledged a letter from Skye Bank’s lawyer, Lanre Ogunlesi, stating that he was indisposed and would not be able to come to court on Tuesday.

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has dropped a bombshell, he announced his retirement.

The Zimbabwean president has always maintained that he would die in office.

Speaking to a group of war veterans at the weekend Mugabe admitted that the country’s economy is crumbling and said he would retire.

Zimbabwe’s currency is in poor shape and banks running out of cash, the country is also feeling the pinch of a crippling drought.

However ZanuPF said Mugabe will still be contesting in the country’s next election in 2018 and if he is re-elected, he will only retire in 2023, when he turns 99.

Mugabe told the “war collaborators” that he believed he had now “defeated… the British and Americans…” and that he understood times were difficult in Zimbabwe. “We are in a critical time… for regime change.”

It has never been clear what Mugabe and the governing Zanu PF mean when referring to “regime change”, as the British have few financial interests in Zimbabwe and the Americans “have zero political and economic interest in Zimbabwe”, said a senior western diplomat this week.

Mugabe regularly tells supporters that Zimbabwe has yet to be unexplored financial riches, but that is not what local geologists and other analysts say.

“There was a time, some years ago, when Zimbabwe seemed important, that it could be a powerhouse in the region, but that moment has long gone, and now it is hard to find anyone who can forecast how it can repay its debts even with a new leadership, let alone attract foreign investment,” said a Harare-based financial analyst who asked not to be named.

“There are no so-called unexplored minerals. The best opportunities are a few, well managed, small mines, but nothing big.”

He also questioned why anyone with alternatives would choose to live in Zimbabwe, as it was short of water and electricity. “There is not much to attract anyone to Zimbabwe these days. It is not a particularly comfortable or attractive place to live nowadays.”

Mugabe also acknowledged that there were factions within Zanu PF but that they would come together ahead of the next elections. Veteran Zimbabwe political analyst Brian Raftopoulos says chances that the fractured opposition could win the next elections are “bleak”.

Zimbabwe is so broke it has largely run out of the cash it uses, US dollars, and later this week a new currency called Bond Notes will emerge in some bank exporters’ bank accounts.

SHOCKING!!!! Film-maker, Seun Egbegbe, accused of stealing nine iPhones

A mob at the Computer Village in Ikeja, Lagos State, on Tuesday reportedly accosted and beat up a Yoruba film-maker, Seun Egbegbe, for allegedly stealing nine iPhones at a shop in the area.

However, the film-maker reportedly told policemen investigating the incident that he had no intention to steal the phones, but had stepped into his vehicle to pick some money when the sales boy raised the alarm.

PUNCH Metro learnt that Egbegbe had gone to the shop around 10am on Tuesday and had told the sales boy he met in the shop that he  wanted to buy some iPhones.

Egbegbe, who had been romantically linked with a popular Yoruba movie actress, Toyin Aimakhu, was said to have left the shop with the phones, telling the seller that he wanted to pick money from his jeep.

Three other persons were allegedly inside the jeep.

He, however, reportedly attempted to leave in the waiting jeep without paying for the phones when the sales boy raised the alarm, drawing the attention of other traders in the area who stopped the vehicle and dragged Egbegbe out.

The producer was said to have been beaten to a pulp and was consequently handed over to the police at the Area F Command, Ikeja.

A police source at the command told PUNCH Metro that Egbegbe was being held for investigation into the alleged crime.

The source said, “He (Egbegbe) went to Computer Village this morning (Tuesday) to buy latest iPhone 6.The sales boy gave the price as N290,000 and he demanded five pieces of the phone, which he gave him.

“He afterwards requested additional four phones and the boy gave him. The boy told us that as he was about to demand payment, Egbegbe requested one more to make the phones 10. The boy went into the shop to bring the 10th phone.

“The boy told us that before he came out, the suspect left with the nine phones without paying for them. He was eventually pursued by other shop owners. He wanted to enter his standby vehicle, but was apprehended and beaten up.

“Many senior officers tried to interrogate him, but he kept telling them that they should not worry.”

The Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmos, who confirmed the incident at the Computer Village, said Egbegbe had denied the allegation.

She, however, added that the case was still under investigation.

“The command received the report of an alleged stealing at the Computer Village. There have been accusations and denials. The shop owner alleged that the said Seun (Egbegbe) came to his shop to buy iPhones and in the process, he wanted to bolt in a vehicle.

“But Seun said he wanted to pick money from his vehicle to balance the payment based on an agreement with the sales boy.

“He said when he entered the vehicle, the boy screamed for help and he was attacked and beaten up by some people in the vicinity.

Second Republic lawmaker, Dr. Junaid Mohammed, has described the government of President Muhammadu Buhari as shameless for saying Nigerians will rally behind the President in 2019. Dr Junaid Mohammed Dr Junaid Mohammed Recall that the Presidency, Monday, dismissed suggestions that the masses will desert President Buhari in 2019, saying it’s unfounded and utterly ridiculous.

Presidential spokesperson, Mallam Garba Shehu, who was reacting to allegations by a former Congress for Progressive Change, CPC member, Alhaji Buba Galadima that President Buhari would be abandoned by the people in 2019, asserted that “ordinary Nigerians are the backbone of his (Buhari’s) mandate and the only reason he ran for the office is to protect them against the rapacious merchants of corruption, who have held Nigeria back for decades.”

However, reacting, Mohammed, said: “It is very unfortunate and shameless that a government that is yet to do anything is already talking of 2019. It is very unfortunate that a party like APC that is fast becoming moribund is already talking of 2019 when they have nothing to show for the four years Nigerians gave them. This development shows they are power-hungry, hypocritical and corruption-ridden.

“This entire 2019 discussion is ridiculous. I believe a government that has performed will rely on its performance before being considered for another four years in office. We are not even in the middle of the four-year term given to them and they are already talking of 2019. This is an unfortunate development and it shows the ineptitude of the government. For a man that has led us into the worst recession ever and has got nothing to show Nigerians since he assumed office to be talking of 2019, shows how shameless the government can be.”

Do you remember back when Obama administration helped adopt the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action involving Iran’s nuclear program, and they said we have to sign it to find out what was In it?

Well since then, very little information was given to the general public. But now, two of Trump’s cabinet picks could change this.

According to Bloomberg, these picks, Mike Pompeo to head CIA, Michael Flynn national security adviser, might show us that Trump has plans to declassify informations about the dealings with Iran.

VIA Conservative Tribune
After he retired in 2014, Flynn — formerly with the Defense Intelligence Agency — said that dealings between Al Qaeda and Iran were much closer than those in the Obama administration were letting on.

“One letter to bin Laden reveals that Al Qaeda was working on chemical and biological weapons in Iran.” Flynn said in a book published this year, according to The Weekly Standard.

Flynn also said that there was “a lot of information on Iran in the files and COMPUTER discs captured at the Pakistan hideout of Osama bin Laden.” He claimed that the Obama administration blocked a lot of the information connecting Iran and Al Qaeda, noting acidly that the “censors have been busy.”

“Some of (the information) — tiny fraction — has been declassified and released, but the bulk of it is still under official seal. Those of us who have read bin Laden’s material know how important it is,” Flynn wrote.

Next is Kansas Rep. Mike Pompeo, tapped to head the Central Intelligence Agency. According to The Washington Free Beacon, Pompeo — along with Florida Sen. Marco Rubio — sent questions to Attorney General Loretta Lynch involving the $1.7 billion cash payments made to Iran earlier this year. Those transfers, which seemed to neatly coincide with the release of several American hostages, led many to believe it was a ransom payment.

When Lynch declined to comply, Pompeo and Rubio sent the attorney general a strongly-worded letter.

“It is frankly unacceptable that your department refuses to answer straightforward questions from the people’s elected representatives in Congress about an important national security issue,” they wrote. “Your staff failed to address any of our questions, and instead provided a copy of public testimony and a lecture about the sensitivity of information associated with this issue.”

It is about time for Trump’s administration to do something and shed some light on the deal with Iran. We the people deserve to know the truth! He needs to do that for our security.

CNN anchor breaks down in tears on live TV after anti-Trump guest uses N-word

A CNN anchor broke down in tears after a guest used the N-word on her show.

Author Charles Kaiser appeared on Brooke Baldwin's segment earlier today where he criticsed Donald Trump's appointment of Steve Bannon as Chief White House Strategist.

Kaiser, who also appeared alongside Trump supporter and commentator Paris Dennard, claimed the president-elect's Chief Strategist had used the slur.

Baldwin let Kaiser continue for a few seconds before interrupting him, saying: "Please don't use the N-word on my show."

Moments later she then addressed viewers, saying: "Alright, gentlemen. We're done. We're done. I appreciate both of your voices.

"The more I've sat here and listened to the fact that somebody used the N-word on the show… It is not OK! "

In tears, she continued: "It is not OK. Charles Kaiser, I respect you. I enjoy having you on as a guest but… not OK. By the way, the claim that Mr. Bannon used the N-word - I've never heard of this. So there's that. Take a break."

Whether you're quoting someone or not, using the n-word on my show is not okay. Period.

— Brooke Baldwin (@BrookeBCNN) November 22, 2016
Kaiser later apologised for "misattributing" the quote to Steve Bannon.

He told the Washington Post that he meant to say that Trump Attorney General nominee Jeff Sessions had used the N-word, not Bannon.

Breaking: Trump says US to quit TPP on first day in office

Donald Trump

Media caption Trump unveils his priorities for his first day in the White House
President-elect Donald Trump says the US will quit the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal on his first day in the White House.

He made the announcement in a video message outlining what he intends to do first when he takes office in January.

The TPP trade deal was signed by 12 countries which together cover 40% of the world's economy.

Mr Trump also pledged to reduce "job-killing restrictions" on coal production and stop visa abuses.

But there was no mention of repealing Obamacare or building a wall on the southern border with Mexico, two actions he said during the campaign he would do as soon as he assumed power.

'Oh, are we bringing our mummies in now?' Rebecca Romijn throws shade at Gigi and Yolanda Hadid after feud

Rebecca Romijn has thrown some major shade at Gigi and Yolanda Hadid after the model's mum waded into their feud earlier this year.

It all started when former model Rebecca, 44, was asked what she thought about celebrities ruling the catwalk.

"They are not true supermodels. And the thing is, I have always looked to Vogue magazine to lead the way, not be a follower.... So I have been disappointed that fashion magazines have been supporting this trend of social media stars to set our style standards.”

But Gigi's mum Yolanda wasn’t having any of it, and took to Twitter to defend her 21-year-old daughter. More

REVEALED: Why some women are more vocal in bed - and it's NOTHING to do with having a good time

Even if you've never seen When Harry Met Sally , all you need to hear are those four words and an image of Meg Ryan in Katz's Deli - also known as the 'fake orgasm scene' - springs to mind.

G-spots , the female orgasm: How women enjoy sex (or not) is a topic frequently speculated on, studied, scrutinised - and depicted in a certain way.

Which, let's face it, is often as 'head thrown back, having the time of her life, making some noise and probably in matching underwear'.

It's the 'noise' part - or how vocal a person is - which has recently become the subject of a study.

Basically, are "copulatory vocalisations" the sign of a good time?

Or, as Meg Ryan was trying to prove, has being vocal become an easy way to dupe men?

Sadly, it seems like there may be something to the latter.

"There isn't a lot of research in this area," said Kristen Mark, a sexuality researcher at Indiana University told CNN , "but we're bombarded with images through mainstream media that tell us moaning is associated with orgasm and sexual pleasure.

"So it would be a fairly wise faking strategy to moan since men already tend to associate moaning with orgasm." Read more

I was sexually abused by coach who threatened to kill my family if I told anyone - Paul Stewart

A former England star has told how he was sexually assaulted by a youth coach as a child.

Spurs and Liverpool ace Paul Stewart, 52, said the pervert attacked him from age 11 to 15 after pledging to “make him a star”.

For more than 40 years, footballer Paul Stewart kept the trauma of his horrific child sex abuse ordeal at the hands of a coach bottled up from everyone, including his family.

But the former England star has now broken his silence to tell how he was targeted by the vile trainer between the ages of 11 and 15 – in the hope more victims will come forward.

Paul claims he was assaulted every day for four years and that his tormentor got away with it because he threatened to kill his relatives if he ever told anyone.

The 52-year-old ex- Man City , Spurs , and Liverpool player spoke out after he read about Andy Woodward , 43, who was abused as a young footballer by perverted Crewe Alexander youth coach Barry Bennell, 61, in the 70s and 80s.

And he fears there may be hundreds of other victims as concerns grew a paedophile ring was operating in North West football at the time.

Paul alleges his own abuse started after the coach befriended his parents and promised to “help make him a star”.

He claims: “One day, travelling in the car, he started to touch me. It frightened me to death, did not know what to do, I tried to tell my parents not to let him in but I was only 11. Read more

He that eateth, eateth to the Lord; for he giveth God thanks . . . — Romans 14:6

Do you think that God would have bothered to send His Son to the world, if man had been able to face life and eternity alone? Christ’s coming to the world proved that God was not happy with man’s unhappiness. He sent Him not only that we might have eternal life but that we might have life here and now, and that we might have it more abundantly-Life with a capital L!

Jesus’ teaching was unique and different. He took religion out of the theoretical category and placed it in the practical. He spoke with authority! He spoke with finality! He spoke as though He knew . . . and He did! His was not the soft empty conjecture of the philosopher, who professes to search for truth-but readily admits he has never found it. It was more the confident voice of the mathematician who gives his answers unhesitatingly, because the proof of the answers can be found within the problem.

Prayer for the day: Lord God, I know that I am completely dependent upon You. Thank You for daily providing all that my body needs

He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much. - Luke 16:10, The Amplified Bible

Have you ever wanted to take on some really big project in the kingdom of God, but the Lord just wouldn't seem to let you? If so, there's probably a good reason why.

You can see what I'm talking about if you'll read about what God did with the children of Israel after He brought them out of Egypt. He wanted to take them on into the Promised Land. But before He could do it, God had to know if they would obey Him. He had to know if they would listen to His voice. Because if they didn't, the enemies they were about to face would wipe them out.

So, do you know what He did? He tested them in a small matter.

Exodus 16:4 tells us about this simple test. "Then said the Lord unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no."

God took a little, insignificant matter—the food they ate—and used it to see if they would listen to Him or not. He told them how much of it to gather, when to gather and when not to, and what to do with it after they brought it in.

And the Israelites went right out and violated those instructions. They showed God by their actions that His voice was not important to them. They were not willing to obey even His simplest commands.

God works the same way today. Before He sends you on a major mission, He gives you the opportunity to prove you can be trusted with small instructions.

But many of us miss that opportunity. We pray, What do You want me to do, Lord? Where do You want me to go? I'll do anything You say. But then when the Lord says, I want you to get up and pray in the Spirit one hour every morning, we fail to obey Him. We say, "Oh yeah, that would be good. I ought to do that." But somehow we never quite get around to it.

Don't make that mistake. Start today obeying God in the little things. Let Him see that He can trust you out there in a place of much authority. Let Him know you'll be faithful to His words and to the voice of His Spirit. Once He knows you won't let disobedience wipe you out, He'll start sending bigger assignments your way.

Memorise: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; – Colossians 2:14

Read: Colossians 2:14 (KJV)

14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Bible in One Year: Genesis 42-43, Psalms 107:10-22

Ancestral curses are said to be in operation when a terrible problem persistently runs through generations with a family. For example, an uncontrollable anger or promiscuity may be noticed in a teenager and on investigation; such is traced to the parents and grandparents.
Many people today live under bondage as a result of their forefathers’ sins. Exodus 34:7 says:

“….visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.”

However, the moment God comes into such lives, things change dramatically. When God is in control of your life, it will be evident through the tremendous peace that will calm your storms, but when the devil rules the life of an individual, there will be total confusion. 1 Corinthians 14:33 says God has nothing to do with confusion. When the devil takes over the life of a man, everything will turn upside down. Instead of wearing clothes, he will walk about naked. Instead of wearing decent clothes, he will put on rags. The one who finds it uncomfortable to wear decent clothes capable of covering his or her nakedness surely has gone nuts.

In Luke 8:26-33, after Satan took control of the Gadarene man’s life, he left his bed for the graveyard. He abandoned decent clothes for rags. If one wears clothes that expose what should be covered, it is evident that such a fellow is losing his or her mind to the devil. This Gadarene demoniac began to inflict wounds on himself. He was crying out of pain yet couldn’t stop himself. When people engage in things that can destroy them, it means their heads are besieged. The warning that smoking is injurious to a man’s health is not enough to stop a smoker from indulging in the act because his head has been taken over by demons. Anyone who uses mind-bending substances such as Indian hemp, cocaine, alcohol, cigarette or powerful capsules is living in a spiritual graveyard. Besides, this man was violent, he could not be controlled. He rebelled against reason, he was wild. If you find it difficult to submit to authority or comply with simple rules, examine yourself. The state of the head is revealed by the conduct of the body. No matter how refined an individual is, if something is wrong with the head, it will show. What is the state of your head? Is it well with your head?

Prayer Point: Father, please completely destroy the power of ancestral curses in my life in Jesus’ name.

Nigerians in America congratulate President-elect, Donald Trump

US President
Nigerians in America under the auspices of Nigerian Union Diaspora (NUD) hereby congratulate you for the victory in the presidential election of November 8, 2016.

Mr. President-elect, as you stated in your victory speech, “Now it’s time for America to bind the wounds of division;” and work together. This statement is especially important considering the divisive tone that characterized the long presidential campaign.

We strongly encourage you, Sir, to capitalize on the post-election goodwill and extend an open hand to all Americans, including minority groups, most of who were frightened by certain aspects of your campaign that were widely viewed, understandably, with apprehension. But with your pledge to “be president for all”, Nigerian-Americans are emboldened to stand willing, ready, and able to do all we can on the enormous work of healing the country and building a better America for all its citizens. An America that works well for all the people is a pillar for global peace and stability.

The Nigerian-Americans trace their history in the United States back to over four centuries ago and have contributed immensely in all spheres of US national development. Today, as the most credentialed ethnic group in the United States, the great people of Nigerian descent have continued to exemplify leadership in the fields of research, education, healthcare, military, engineering, economics, job creation, among others. We hope that the Trump administration recognizes this illuminating pedigree as it forges lasting relationships with not only Nigerians in America but also Nigeria as a nation. Besides being the flagship country of the African continent, Nigeria has the abundant resources to advance strong bilateral relations with the United States on mutually beneficial terms. The well-being of Nigeria on the African continent is the well-being of the people of Nigerian descent in America.

Mr. President-Elect, as you become the leader of the most influential country in the world, the conscience of humanity beckons on you to lead an equitable and just administration devoid of prejudice based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, and national origin. Posterity beckons on you, therefore, to break from the unfortunate past—to finally accord  the Nigerian nation as well as the Nigerian Americans similar attention as other leading countries of other continents and their immigrants in the United States, including but not limited to policies on trade, immigration, terrorism, global security, economic opportunities, social issues, and human rights. Just policies on Africa will go a long way in binding “the wounds of division” that have existed between African-Americans in general and the larger American population.

The Nigerian Union Diaspora (NUD) is the umbrella Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) for the social, economic, and political empowerment of the people of Nigerian descent outside Nigeria. With over 2.4 million in the United States alone, the NUD members contribute over $150 billion annually to the US national economy.

We will be arranging a meeting with your office in due course to explore opportunities of working together starting from the transition period to the years ahead in the Trump administration.

We pray that God will guide and protect you.

Daily Manna Devotional: Rebellion Does Not Pay

Rebellion Does Not Pay

Text: Numbers 14:40-45

Key Verse: "But they presumed to go up unto the hill top: nevertheless the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and Moses, departed not out of the camp. Then the Amalekites came down, and the Canaanites which dwelt in that hill, and smote them, and discomfited them, even unto Hormah" (Numbers 14:44,45).

Animal Farm is a famous novel by George Orwell. In this novel, all the animals in the farm begin to follow the precepts of animalism, rebel against the humans, take over the farm, and rename the place "Animal Farm". Here is a quote from the work that captured the reason for their rebellion: "Man is the only creature that consumes without producing. He does not give milk, he does not lay eggs, he is too weak to pull the plough, he cannot run fast enough to catch rabbits. Yet, he is lord of all the animals.

He sets them to work, he gives back to them the bare minimum that will prevent them from starving, and the rest he keeps for himself" - George Orwell, Animal Farm. Just like George Orwell's story of rebellion, the Israelites staged a rebellion of their own. After spying the Promised Land for 40 days, they got a 40-year punishment for unbelief and rebellion against the Lord and against Moses. Only Joshua and Caleb of that generation entered the land because of their faith. To add to their existing problems, they again presumed to enter the land in defiance of God's order to pull back.

Consequently, the Amalekites and Canaanites easily defeated them. That is exactly what happens with unbelievers. They end up consumed with their own welfare. They have no vision or sense of God's presence. The entire focus of their lives is on their problems, troubles, illnesses. And their days are filled with confusion, strife and envy. For thirty-eight years, Moses watched as every Israelite in the unbelieving generation died. He looked back at those who wasted their lives in the wilderness and saw that everything God had warned about had happened.

The lesson for us today is very clear: unbelief and rebellion bring setbacks and punishment from God.

Thought for the day: Rebellion easily begets God's judgment.

Mortified woman seeks advice after 7-year-old saw daddy 'doing press-ups on mummy'

A mother has asked fellow parents for advice after her son walked in on she and her husband having sex .

The mum explained to the Mumsnet community that her seven-year-old boy had bundled into her room just as his dad was about to 'release'. a crucial moment.

She and her husband were apparently a little tipsy, and the youngster had only woken up because he'd heard some interesting noises.

The mum, user Docomein , wrote on the forum: "DS who is seven walked in on us in the middle of the night and caught us at it.
couple's love

"DH saw him straight away, was right at the point of delivery, DS must have seen a couple of seconds worth though.

She added that her son also did the marvellously embarrassing thing of alerting the neighbours.

"This morning he saw the neighbour and told her all about it, including a rendition of the funny noises mummy was making which apparently were so loud they woke him up," she said.

"We were a bit drunk, had just sent the babysitter home.

"I checked on him in his room and he was sound asleep, closed door. How can I stop him telling everyone?"

Preventing your son from telling everyone about you having sex seems like a topic not always openly discussed at parenting meetings. Read More
