BREAKING NEWS: Jose Fernandez Died Of Trauma From Accident, Not Drowning

Authorities have finally shed some light on what exactly killed Jose Fernandez. The star pitcher for the Miami Marlins perished in a terrible boating accident, but his death came from trauma, not from drowning. Click for more details.

Jose’s life was ended not by drowning in the waters of Government Cut, but from trauma caused by the Sept. 25 boating accident. The 24-year-old star pitcher for the Miami Marlins died along with Emilio Macias, 27, and Eduardo Rivero, 25, after their boat capsized on a Miami Beach jetty, according to Lorenzo Veloz of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, per Mashable.

The three men were traveling at “full speed,” which was between 55 and 65 miles per hour, when the boat hit the jetty. The high-speed collision caused the boat to flip over and crash upon the rocks, resulting in three young lives being cut way too short.

“It does appear that speed was involved due to the impact and the severity of it,” Lorzeno said when describing the crash. He also noted that none of the men were wearing life jackets and Jose wasn’t behind the wheel during the crash. The ownership of the boat is in question, as Lorenzo reportedly said Jose didn’t own the boat. Yet the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said in a statement to that the vehicle was registered under Jose’s name.

SHOCKING!!! Teacher had sex with 15-year-old schoolgirl in his bedroom after grooming her

Sexual assort

A teaching assistant groomed a 15-year-old schoolgirl and had sex with her 14 times - including on his bedroom floor as her friend slept in his bed, a court heard .

Hamid Bhatti showered the year ten pupil with love notes and jewellery while on a work placement at her school, it is said.

The GSCE pupil thought he was "good looking" and developed a crush on him after spotting him in her art lesson, the jury was told.

They crossed paths between lessons at the school in Yeovil, Somerset, and swapped numbers via Facebook after she messaged him from a pal's account.

Concerns were raised when the girl was spotted blowing Bhatti a kiss out of the classroom window - and he caught it and "threw" it back, it was said.
Sexual assort

When challenged, the two conspired together and claimed it was just a "joke", denying there was anything untoward going on, Taunton Crown Court heard.

But they were already in a sexual relationship and over the next eight months, Bhatti allegedly slept with the girl - who he met when she was just 14 - at least 14 times.

On one occasion, Bhatti slept with the girl - who was drunk after going to a party - on his bedroom floor while her teenage friend slept in his bed, prosecutors claim.

He also told her he loved her and gave her a necklace, money and a cushion with 'I love you' written on it, the court heard.

Bhatti and the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were questioned multiple times by police but she lied to stop him from getting into trouble, it was said.

The defendant denies five counts of sexual activity with a child at least 14 times between May 2014 and February 2015. Continue

NIGER DELTA: East-West Road In A Worst State, Do You Blame Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan?

Bad road in the Niger Delta
The poor situation of the East-West road today has really given a lot of concern. It's situation is degenrating by the day. In the photos this article has really shown the bad state of the road, especially, MBIAMA road axis. It is a central road that connects the South to the west, All the easterners and southerners use the road. It links Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta and Imo state.
The projected started during Obasanjo's tenure and was abandoned, then was continued during Goodluck Jonathan. The users of the road got relieve because of the level of work in the road but unfortunate the road project crashes. The pace which it was constructed slowed down. Today, no single work is going on the same road.

Since inception of Buhari's administration, nobody is talking about the road. The EFCC and other anti-graft have not deem it fit to look into it neither the president who is championing the FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION.
What went wrong? that is the question everyone should ask? Now who do we throw the blame at? Dr Goodluck Jonathan who is from the region or the Contractor? WHO?

US ELECTION: Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton Will Not Be Manterrupted

US Presidential Debate

When it was all over, the score went something like this:

Donald Trump: 40. Hillary Clinton: 1.

That was my rough calculation anyway, of the times that Mr. Trump interrupted Mrs. Clinton, and vice versa, during the first presidential debate on Monday night.

But to be honest, I lost track.

I noted Mr. Trump scoffing, “Who gave it that name?” as Mrs. Clinton criticized what she called the “Trump loophole” in his tax plan (“Mr. Trump, this is Secretary Clinton’s two minutes,” the moderator, Lester Holt, interjected); chiming in with a “That’s for sure” as Mrs. Clinton acknowledged making a mistake in using a private email server. There was an “ugh” when she criticized his depiction of the black community, and a repeated “Wrong!” as she described his support for the Iraq war (a description that was not, in fact, wrong).

At the 26-minute mark, the website Vox posted a graphic showing that Mr. Trump had interrupted Mrs. Clinton a whopping 25 times. Shortly thereafter, The Huffington Post proclaimed, “This is what manterrupting looks like.”

There was a time, not so long ago, when Kanye West was the most famous manterrupter — man-interrupting a woman, of course — of our era. You may recall, back in 2009, when he jumped onstage during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards, grabbed the microphone, and declared, “Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time!” Whether or not you agreed with his musical assessment then, what was clear last night was that Mr. Trump stole Mr. West’s interruption crown.

To anyone who has observed Mr. Trump speak, it shouldn’t have been surprising: Shouting, talking over, bulldozing, mansplaining — these are Mr. Trump’s linguistic trademarks. Yet to the rest of us, or at least the 51 percent of us who are women, Mr. Trump’s behavior was also painfully familiar, reminiscent of the types of dismissals so many of us deal with every day.
People reacting to the debate at a watch party in Rosemont, Penn. CreditMark Makela for The New York Times

“To the men amazed Clinton hasn’t snapped: Every woman you know has learned to do this. This is our life in society,” one woman mused to her 300 Twitter followers the night of the debate. By morning, she’d been retweeted more than 7,000 times.

Women don’t imagine this behavior.

Women are in fact twice as likely to be interrupted as men are — by both men and women — and more so if they are a member of a minority group. And you know that old trope about the “chatty” female? It’s not true. It’s actually men who talk more than women: 75 percent more in male-dominated groups like legislatures (and, one might presume, politics). MORE

Nigerian Ex-President supports sale of national assets

National Assets sale

NIGERIA - Ex-President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo said he foresaw the current economic recession the country is currently going through in 2014 and he hinted of its consequences.

Chief Obasanjo also threw his weight behind the sales of some public assets but also warned that it must not be sold to cabals, adding that the number of shares an individual or corporate entity should buy in such public assets to be sold should be regulated.

Obasanjo said this on Tuesday in his goodwill message at the opening session of a two-day  National Council of Finance and Economic Development conference held at the Green Legacy Resort, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta.

It was held in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Finance.

The former President, who lamented the current economic downturn in the country, said his warning about the recession in 2014 was contained in a lecture he delivered at the 80th birthday ceremony of Justice Akanbi on 26th November, 2014.

He brought a copy of the 2014 lecture to the event and read part of it to the audience.

Chief Obasanjo, however, proffered solutions to how the country could get out of recession.

He urged the Federal Government to spend less than the country was earning, fashion out ways to earn more revenue and borrow.

“For me, we have brought it on ourselves, we don’t have to wring our hands and say ‘where are we? In a simple layman’s language, the situation is that we are spending more than we are earning. We have not been able to save, so that we can go and take from what we have saved.

“If you are spending more than you are earning, you will have to spend less, you earn more and you borrow.

“For us, we are to do the three as quickly as possible, we must borrow and we must go to the people that will give us loan with reasonable interest.

“You may do it with the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund. I don’t say we must not go to them. When I was in government, I never say no to them, but don’t do their bidding. Out there, there is money but people will not part with their money unless you are doing the right thing.”

The former President said that Nigeria must encourage production to earn more and increase its revenue.

He noted that since the nation was not in control of oil, it should therefore diversify on the things it could control.

Obasanjo, who harped on the need to develop agriculture, frowned on policies which tended to turn the country into a dumping ground for other countries’ products.

“I was shocked when the ban on importation of toothpick which we imposed in 1977 was lifted four years ago.

“How can a nation seeking to rank among the best in the world continue like that?

“We must begin to do away with things that we can do without.”

Obasanjo, who backed the call for the sale of national assets to raise money, described such act as natural.

The former President suggested that the government should consider selling some shares of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation to members of the public, but with a note of caution.

“I do not see why 48 per cent of the NNPC cannot be privatised. “I think the problem is in the coinage “selling of asset” as if we want to throw out our inheritance.

“What we are actually doing by that is simply reorganising.

“It should however be done transparently and let it actually go public and not to cabals, their relations and friends.

“This is always the fear of Nigerians when issues like this arise.”

The former President expressed confidence in the ability of the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, saying that “she is doing a marvelous job in a difficult situation and that only time can prove her right.”

The minister, who spoke earlier, noted that the Federal Government had till date invested over N700bn to stimulate growth in the economy.

The host governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, and the Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwambo, promised to tell the other 34 state governors to key into the outcomes of the conference which continues today (Wednesday).

Speaking earlier at the opening session of the third edition of the World Pension Summit (Africa Special) in Abuja on Tuesday, Obasanjo had said his advice to governors to save for the rainy days when he was leading the country between 1999 and 2007 was ignored.

He added that if his suggestion had been implemented back then, the country would have fallen back on such savings at this time of recession.

He warned that while the pension fund could provide the needed funding for developmental projects, caution must be taken in order not jeopardise the objectives of the pension scheme.

Obasanjo, whose administration was instrumental to the establishment of the CPS in 2004, said with the fund rising to about N5.8tn, there would always be the temptation to tamper with it for other compelling needs such as infrastructural development.

SEX COMMENT: Nigerian doctor banned after speaking to patient in Canada

Medical news

CANADA - A Nigerian doctor based in Canada, Dr. Adekunle Williams-Owolabi, has been banned from medical practice for six months after making sexual comments to patients at his clinic in Labrador West.

Owolabi’s licence was suspended and he was ordered to pay the sum of $75,000 towards the costs of holding the hearing where he was found guilty of professional misconduct towards patients.

A panel established by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador in St. Johns made the decision to suspend the doctor’s licence on Monday.

According to CBC News, a teacher, Arlene Johnson, who visited Owolabi’s clinic, testified that he made some sexual comments during a pelvic examination.

Johnson said that after the test, he had hugged her and whispered in her ear, “You have a beautiful clit, does your husband tell you that?”

Another complainant also testified that Owolabi made inappropriate comments while examining her pelvic.

She said Owolabi asked, “Do you like big ones or small ones?”

She noted that he made the comments when she was pregnant, undressed from the waist down and her feet in stirrups, while two female secretaries in the room watched.

The panel said that Owolabi’s inappropriate comments and touching of patients showed a lack of respect for their dignity and privacy. Therefore, it instructed him to have a chaperone present whenever he sees female patients in the next two years and after returning to medical practice.

Owolabi, who admitted to hugging one of the patients, however denied making such comments towards the woman. His lawyer, Paul Stokes, said they were disappointed in the panel for making the decision.

Although the doctor has 30 days to appeal the panel’s decision in court, Stokes said that he and his client had not decided if they would appeal the decision.

The panel established a pattern of behaviour after four former patients of Owolabi lodged the charges of professional misconduct. They testified before the tribunal that his actions ranged from making sexual comments to inappropriate touching and kissing at his clinic.

Owolabi is said to have studied in Nigeria, but he was licensed to practice.

Niger Delta Militants Vowed To Cripple Nigeria Income

Niger Delta Militants

A militant group, Niger Delta Volunteers (NDV), has threatened to cripple every infrastructure of the Federal Government that generates income.
The NDV also warned oil companies in the Niger Delta to evacuate their staff and suspend their operations, adding that their next strike will be deadly.

The militant group also described the recent bombing of a facility in Bonny by the Niger Delta Avengers as child’s play.
The NDV said they will stop their struggle if the Federal Government accepts to restructure the country.

According to the group’s spokesman, Commander Ekpo Ekpo “We shall complement and supplement every move of the Niger Delta Avengers to ensure that our freedom from this Zoo is realized. We shall not spare any infrastructure that adds value to the activities of the Buhari led Federal Government.

“We in the Niger Delta Volunteers are not surprised at the current shenanigans of the Federal Government through the office of the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi.

“It is now obvious that the Federal Government of Nigeria under President Muhammadu Buhari has converted the commitment to peace and dialogue by the Elders, Royal fathers and Chiefs under the auspices of Chief Edwin Clark, and King Alfred Diete Spiff the Amayanabo town Brass to a circus.
“In one breath, the Presidency is issuing statement on a committee meeting under S.A. on Political Affairs in the Vice President’s office and in another, the Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi, convening a meeting in Transcorp. Where does this circus place Ibe Kachikwu’s effort at bringing out notable Elders to commit themselves.

“No wonder the Spokesperson of our big brother, the Avengers, General Muduch Agbinibo refers it to, “a shameful scene in Nollywood acts.”

EDO ELECTION: Battle continues today between PDP and APC

Edo state Election

EDO STATE GUBER ELECTION - As about two million eligible voters in Edo State go to the polls today, the All Progressives Congress and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party have continued to trade blame on the alleged plot of some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission to compromise the credibility of the exercise.

The PDP on Tuesday accused the APC government of Governor Adams Oshiomhole and the electoral umpire of allegedly inducing election supervisors to compromise the outcome of the poll in nine out of the 18 local government areas.

The state Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Chris Nehikhare, who spoke to journalists in Benin, said the party had received information of an alleged distribution of N2m by a senior official of INEC to the supervisors on behalf of the state government.

Nehikhare, who also alleged that the results of the affected areas had “been written”, ready for announcement on Wednesday (today), vowed that the PDP and its supporters would resist with “the last drop of their blood” any attempt to switch election results.

He stated, “It has come to our attention that INEC and the state government have seriously compromised the election that is going to take place tomorrow (Wednesday). People involved in this conspiracy are those that have leaked this information to the PDP and to us to act very fast.

“She (INEC official) has been sharing N2m to supervisors in at least nine local government areas of Edo State.

“What they have done is that they have written results for the nine local government (areas) on behalf of the APC. These results are being held by the supervisors and the collation officers at a point where they plan to switch the results with the real ones at the local government level once the election is done.” MORE

Germany blocks WhatsApp data transfers to Facebook

German data protection authorities on Tuesday said they had blocked Facebook from collecting subscriber data from its subsidiary WhatsApp, citing privacy concerns.

Facebook and WhatsApp promised in the wake of the Silicon Valley giant’s 2014 acquisition of the messaging app that they would not share data, Hamburg’s Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Johannes Caspar recalled in a statement.

He added that Facebook would be required to delete any data already received from WhatsApp in Germany.

“It has to be (the users’) decision whether they want to connect their account with Facebook,” Caspar said. “Facebook has to ask for their permission in advance.”

WhatsApp announced in August that it would begin sharing data with Facebook, in a bid to allow better targeted advertising and fight spam on the platform.

Currently, users of the instant messenger must opt out of sending information to Facebook through WhatsApp’s settings on their smartphone.

Caspar said that he had acted to protect the privacy of 35 million WhatsApp users in Germany — a fraction of some one billion worldwide — and that of people saved in their address books, whose details might also be forwarded under the data-sharing arrangement.

Facebook’s activities in German-speaking regions are managed through its subsidiary in Hamburg, placing the firm under the jurisdiction of the regulator in the northern port city.

Spokespeople for Facebook could not immediately be reached for comment on the ruling.

WhatsApp’s announcement that it would share information with Facebook came just four months after the service introduced end-to-end encryption by default, saying that the content of messages would become unreadable for anyone except the sender and receiver.

In mid-September, the European Commission recommended tighter privacy and security requirements for services including WhatsApp and Microsoft-owned video calling service Skype, saying they should be regulated more like traditional telecoms.

Subjecting the internet firms to such rules could force them to offer emergency calling services and to obey stricter privacy rules.

President Muhammadu Buhari and Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau

Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau has called President Muhammadu Buhari a cow worshipper.

Shekau made the comment while speaking in a video released on Sunday, September 25.

“Buhari you are worshiping cows, you better worship Allah. You think you are a general in the Army but you should know that Allah have said that you are not up the house of a spider in his eyes,” Shekau said in the video according to Vanguard.

“What we believe in is the Quran and we do not know anything apart from that. Anytime we say Allah all of you will not live in peace. It is Allah that we believe and trust that makes us live till this day and doing very well in our quest.

“Buhari, all your actions are fake. You are lying to the people, collecting their money and saying you will free their children and you know you are lying. Buhari, Buhari, your people will soon betray you for all this lies.

“I am talking to you Buhari, sit back and think carefully. It is not this small Shekau that is disturbing you. No. It is Allah that is doing everything for us, continue and see. You deceived the people and you think you are doing the right thing.

“Continue and see, one day you will not even be able to go to the toilet and stool. But if you repent, then you are a brother. Repent and follow the Quran. “Buhari let me advise you now, fear Allah,” he added.

Shekau released the video in a bid to dismiss claims by the Nigerian military that he was fatally injured in an air raid in August.

POLLUTED GAINS - Pastor W.F. Kumuyi

Bible Text: James 5:1-11

Key Verse: "Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are en- tered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth" (James 5:4).

The writer of today's text, having dealt with various issues of interest in previous chapters, now turned his attention to the wealthy class. He had stiff warning for the rich, not because of their riches but for their oppression and wicked exploitation of the poor. The truly rich leaves no debt behind him and he definitely owes no one their just wages or due.

The wicked rich is not so. His wealth is largely the result of ruthless and godless business principles and oppression of the poor like delaying, decreasing or keeping back the wages of labourers and workmen. This attitude offends God. Those who become affluent through dishonesty and exploitative domination of others sin greatly against men and God. It may seem such practice is an acceptable norm in our society today; yet, the Lord puts a curse upon gains got by dishonesty.

To live in affluence and luxury on the travails and labours of others who groan under oppression and poverty is the height of insensitivity and wickedness. Christian masters and employers of labour owe it a duty not only to honour their obligation to their employees but also to help see to the removal or reduction of poverty in the society and in the church. Money, it is said, is like manure: it does no good till it is spread. The poor man's wages is for his survival and support of his family. It should be paid promptly as it is earned.

Thought for the day: God avenges the blood of the innocent and the sweat of the oppressed.

Key Verse: For the [true] love of God is this: that we do His commands [keep His ordinances and are mindful of His precepts and teaching]. And these orders of His are not irksome (burdensome, oppressive, or grievous). - 1 John 5:3, The Amplified Bible

Do you know why the Word of God and the orders God gives to you in your spirit are not burdensome or oppressive? Because everything He tells you is for your good and for your victory!

God knows what it takes to live in victory in this present evil world. In fact, He’s the only One who knows. The people of this world cannot tell you how to live victoriously. They don’t know how. But God does! He can make things work, even in the middle of darkness, and if we’ll follow His instructions, commands and precepts from His Word, we can, too!

Let me give you an example. One commandment that God gave to us is to love one another and forgive one another as He has forgiven us. This command is not grievous because it’s the key to our freedom. If you can walk in the love that’s been shed abroad in your heart, you’ll have joy every day. But if you don’t walk in this commandment of love, someone will get your joy before lunch! God knows that. So, He made a command of love and forgiveness because love works! Without love, there won’t be any joy, and the joy of the Lord is our strength.

Don’t resent God’s teachings. Don’t consider His ways a burden to your lifestyle. Rejoice over them. Take them gladly by the hand and let them lead you all the way to victory!

Memorise: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. – Galatians 6:9

Read: Philippians 3:13-17 (KJV)

13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.

Bible in One Year: Ezekiel 19-20, Psalms 69:22-36

Patience and long-suffering are indispensable virtues for all believers in Christ. In the first place, the race we are called into can only be run through patience because it is a marathon. Also, there is hardly any promise of God that can be fulfilled in the life of believers without the combination of faith and patience (Hebrews 6:12). As indispensable as faith is to a Christian, so also is patience. No wonder it is listed as part of the fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22. Do you know that when your faith is being tried, God uses that trial to generate patience in you? This implies that the longer the period of trial, the greater your level of patience. But, when you fail to handle a particular trial of faith the way you should, it will not generate the level of patience that it should. For this reason, many who have gone through trials complaining saw God as an opposition, and therefore grumbled against Him. In the process, some even abandon the faith. This attitude is contrary to the Word of God as recorded in Hebrews 6:12:

“That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”

Children of God must learn not to be weary in well doing because God has promised us a bountiful harvest if we faint not. We must completely trust in His superior wisdom to decide the timing of our blessings. For instance, He knows the end of every line of action even at the beginning of that action. This is why you must trust His sense of judgement at all times, because His decisions are not limited to what your eyes can see today but also what may happen tomorrow. Many years ago, while we lived in a part of Lagos that harboured several drug addicts and reckless drivers, my children asked me to buy them a bicycle. When I declined, they failed to understand. But after we relocated from that part of Lagos some years later, without a repeat of that request, I bought them the bicycle. If I had obliged their request the first time, they might not be alive today. God still deals with us based on what He knows about us today and tomorrow. Be sure that the Lord will not give you the blessing you are not prepared for, lest it destroys you.

Whenever an expected blessing is delayed or when faced with difficulties, long-suffering is required to remain composed. Even when the situation appears hopeless, just take time to read and study the Bible, asking God to give you a word for that situation. Grab whatever God says, obey and follow-up with action, then wait for the result, and you will never be disappointed.

Prayer Point: Father, please help me to patiently wait for your perfect timing in all things in Jesus’ name.

Taking Delivery Of The Morning - Dr. Paul Enenche

Wednesday, 28 September 2016

SCRIPTURE:  And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him. – Luke 21:38

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To oversleep in the morning is to miss the spiritual manna for the day.

It is clear from our anchor scripture that people gathered early in the morning in the temple to hear God’s Word from our LORD Jesus Christ. The morning season is critical to receiving Divine instructions. The children of Israel also gathered manna every morning (Exodus 16:21).

The morning season, therefore, is the time for spiritual manna. The morning time is when insight from the Word of God is deepest. Therefore, to oversleep in the morning is to miss the spiritual manna for the day.

In order to access instructions in the morning, treasure God’s Word by studying your Bible early in the morning. Ask God to baptize you with a fresh hunger for His Word. Make up your mind to study God’s Word diligently in the morning hours of the day.

There are many benefits of being in touch with God’s Word, one of which is that God’s Word purifies our lives constantly (John 15:3).

Beloved, ensure that you do not start your day without studying God’s Word. As you do this, you connect with the insight of the morning and no devil can deny your impact in the day.

Remember this: To oversleep in the morning is to miss the spiritual manna for the day.

1. Make effort to rise up early in the morning for Divine instructions.
2. Study God’s Word constantly.

PRAYER: O LORD, I receive the grace to take delivery of the pregnancy of the morning from this day onward, in Jesus’ Name.

BILLY GRAHAM DEVOTIONAL: The beginning of Jesus

Wednesday, 28 September 2016

Bible Text: Before Abraham was, I am. - John 8:58

Jesus did not begin in Bethlehem. The Bible says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Jesus said that He existed before the foundation of the world. He was there when the moon and stars were flung out into space from the Father’s flaming fingertips. He was there when God created this planet. He has always existed. He is “from everlasting to everlasting.”

Prayer for the day:
You, Lord Jesus, who have always existed, came down from heaven in love and saved me from the depths of my sin. In humble adoration I praise You, my Savior and Lord.
